1. Do I need to be home when you clean my bins?
No. Our team will service your bins on the same day that it is emptied, without requiring anyone to be present. We will clean the bin and return it upright to the kerb. There is no hassle or effort required from your end!

We don’t see colour. If you bin is red, yellow, green, blue or pink we will clean it!

Yes, all new customers are given log on details in which that can change the frequency of their cleans.
We recommend having your bin cleaned fortnightly, in order to stay on top of completely eliminating odours and bacteria. However, it is completely up to you to decide how often your bins require cleaning! Many of our residential clients find a monthly service sufficient, while some prefer a weekly service.
Yes! We clean inside and outside the bin, as well as handles, wheels, lids and the underneath.
We will send through a text message (optional) once the bin has been cleaned! You can rest well knowing that you won’t need to handle a dirty bin after we have finished servicing you and your family.
Yes! While it is in your best interest to sign up to a regular cleaning plan, we are able to provide a one time/shorter term service.
